CremerCOOR® PG2 C10 combines caring properties such as refatting and moisturization with moderate antimicrobial properties.

CremerCOOR® PG2 C10 can be added to the aqueous and to the oil phase. The formulation of transparent detergent products such as shampoos or body showers is possible up to levels of 3%. The pH value of the final formulation should range between 5 – 7. During the process the pH should not exceed pH 7.
CremerCOOR® PG2 C10 acts as a skin friendly refatting agent and the polar head consisting of two glycerol units helps to moisturize the skin or hair. The known antimicrobial effects of short to medium chain monoglycerides can also be found for this Polyglyglyceryl–2 Caprate. CremerCOOR® PG2 C10 exhibits a distinctive deodorizing effect and helps to promote the efficacy of deodorants.
