Co-Packing & Contract Manufacturing

Our Operational Excellence deployment allows for a streamlined approach providing best in class service for your filling and packaging needs. Our co-packing solutions coupled with our logistics capabilities provide our customers with packaged products per their specifications directly to the distribution center.

Pastillation & Flaking

Our 100’ Sandvik belts convert bulk oleochemical liquids and related products into beads or flakes of optimal size for your application. Provide us with your specs, and we’ll take care of the rest, packing in bags, fiber drums, or supersacks for next steps.

Drumming & Toting

We ensure high quality packaging with two separate white rooms accommodating Kosher and non-Kosher USP products that are capable of repackaging into drums or totes.

Blending & Diluting

Our blending and dilution capabilities allow us to work with combinations of two or more raw materials and include on-site purified water production for demanding pharmaceutical grade or edible applications.

Storage

We have multiple warehouses & terminals that can accommodate both long and short-term storage. Total capacity is over 100 million pounds of product, and we’re able to handle any packaging from 5-gallon pails to 1,500 MT barges, thanks to Ohio River access. Our centrally located Cincinnati facility is open 24/7 for the ultimate in prompt shipments by truck or rail.

Our central focus is the analysis of oleochemical raw materials for food, pharmaceutical and personal care products. We have a wide variety of analytical techniques and instruments to ensure your needs are met, and to give you unwavering confidence in your supply.
